flowers

Looking for something to do with your Girl Scouts? Need a few ideas? Stop searching and start reserving! We’ve developed a number of resources that leaders/advisors can use to enhance their troop/group activities. To reserve the following program kits and/or equipment, complete the Program Equipment and Council Kits Form.

Kits and equipment must be requested at least two weeks in advance. Please be a sister to every Girl Scout and return all kits within one week so other Girl Scouts may enjoy them.

OTTERS is a special series of kits to promote Outdoor Tips and Tricks for Environmental Resource Stewardship. Whether you’re looking for new ideas for a troop/group meeting, activity stations at an encampment, or activities for your older troop/group to lead younger girls, an OTTERS kit may be just what you need. Each kit contains instructions for outdoor and nature activities, often including background information and many of the supplies. Even if you don’t know much about environmental science, you can lead nature programs if you have an OTTERS kit! Upon completion of the first kit girls can earn the OTTERS Base Patch (available in the council shop). Girls can earn additional fish add-on patches that go around the base patch for every kit completed after the first kit.
